- 400 IU is thus proven to provide some benefit

 - Vitamin D pill meets new UK guidelines (400 IU) - Dec 2016
 - Intervention - Vitamin D Of the 330 trials, only 4 found success with 400 IU vitamin D (Dec 2016)
- Note: Only Korea recommends a smaller dose size = 200 IU
